▼Working principle
Before starting, the impeller must be filled with liquid. The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, causing the liquid to move in a circular motion with the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown towards the volute, forming high pressure and then discharged from the outlet; at the same time, a negative pressure is formed in the center of the impeller, which continuously draws in the liquid through the suction pipe, achieving continuous delivery.
▼Shopping and maintenance suggestions
1. Selection of Suitable Materials: Choose 304/316/316L material based on the corrosiveness of the medium, matching flow rate, head, and operating conditions. For media temperatures exceeding 80℃, select a high-temperature seal; for media containing particles, select a semi-open impeller; for explosion-proof environments, use an explosion-proof motor.
2. Proper Installation: The suction pipe must be airtight. The installation height should not exceed the pump's self-priming limit. Minimize bends and excessively long pipelines to avoid cavitation affecting operation.
3. Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the mechanical seal and bearings, and clean impurities from the filter. After shutdown, drain the liquid from the pump to prevent freezing and cracking. For long-term inactivity, perform rust prevention maintenance to extend service life.
▼Precautions for use
1. Before startup : Fill the pump with liquid and purge all air to prevent dry running and damage to the seals; check the suction pipe seal for leaks, confirm the motor rotation direction is correct, and ensure the medium temperature and viscosity are within the pump's operating range.
2. During operation : Monitor pressure and flow for stability, avoiding operation beyond rated conditions; if abnormal noise, vibration, or leakage occurs, immediately stop the pump and investigate to prevent cavitation or component wear.
3. After shutdown : In low-temperature environments, drain the liquid from the pump to prevent freezing and cracking; regularly clean the filter for impurities, check the mechanical seal and bearing condition, and perform rust prevention maintenance for long-term inactivity.
